February 28th, 2010

Viral Internet Marketing assumes that if an advertisement reaches a “susceptible” user, and that user accepts the idea, that user will become “infected” and will then go on to share the idea with others, ultimately “infecting them,” in the viral analogy’s terms. As long as each infected user shares the idea with more than one susceptible user on average, the number of infected users will grow exponentially in an epidemic manner.

Thus, Viral Internet Marketing campaign is bound to be successful.

February 28th, 2010

Internet marketing ties together creative and technical aspects of the Internet, which include, design, development, advertising, and sales.

Internet marketing involves placement of digital media along several stages of the customer engagement cycle involving:

  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM),
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Online Advertising
  • E-mail marketing
  • Social Media Marketing and other Web 2.0 strategies
  • In order to achieve the maximum and most beneficial results, Internet Marketing needs to be carefully planned and executed as an integrated project.

Since technology is a science, all by itself it cannot reduce the problems or even deliver on the many challenges dictated by today’s competitive market forces. To be truly powerful and effective, any serious Internet Marketing program today requires a full and complete understanding of an industry’s marketing goals, the client’s needs and the true nature and habits of its target audience.
